Following on from Tuesday's news item on members with blueyonder/viriginmedia email addresses, the club contacted iG, who responded:
Blueyonder is a subsidiary of Virgin Media, and are known to block certain communications from IG. We send the emails and it gets to their server but is being blocked or put into spam. We can only advise members add email@example.com to their email contacts.
It seems that other golf administatration systems have had issues with blueyonder/viriginmedia, too, but the nature of the problem has always suggested that its root lies with the Virgin Media server perhaps being a little sensitive. It doesn't look like anything to do with Kilspindie or iG.
You could either try adding the above into your contacts, or perhaps you need to go to the webmail version of your email. Here's a help link:
I'm assuming that'll work for blueyonder emails as well. Good luck!
(And Happy Christmas!)
