ENTER TO WIN – A rare opportunity to play with 2018 winner Gary Orr in the Scottish Senior Open

Dear Member,

The organisers of the Scottish Senior Open on the Staysure Tour have offered a member of one of our local clubs the rare opportunity to compete at Craigielaw Golf Club for the first two days in the ‘Alliance Pro-Am’ format. The lucky winner will play two rounds (Friday, August 16 and Saturday, August 17), partnering the 2018 champion, Scotland’s own Gary Orr and another professional, before the pros contest the final round on Sunday, August 18.

This is a very rare chance to be part of this exciting event, which also includes major winners Sandy Lyle, Paul Lawrie, Michael Campbell and Ian Woosnam.

This prize is ONLY being offered to members of golf clubs that are part of ‘Scotland’s Golf Coast’. The winner will be drawn from the names of those that correctly answer the question below and they must be available to play at Craigielaw on both days Friday 16 and Saturday 17 August.

Entrants must be 18 years and over and have a handicap of 18 for men and 24 for ladies. The Staysure Tour will be responsible for the competition regulations and their decision will be final.

For those not lucky enough to win this competition, entrance to the course is free and parking is only £5 in aid of Longniddry & District Rotary Club. With proof of purchase of a ticket to the recent Aberdeen Standard Investments Scottish Open parking is free as well.

Question: Which event did Sandy Lyle win at Augusta National in 1988?

Please email your answer, handicap and the name of the club you are a member of to info@scotlandsgolfcoast.com

Closing date for entries noon Sunday 11th August.

The winner will be drawn at random from all the correct answers received and advised by email the following day.
